Tax on air

Second post today but I felt the need. There was an article a few days ago where in Fryeburg ME they are going to place an extra tax on Poland Spring water Water taxI thought this is outragous and wondered if they were ever going to tax the air. Well, it looks like they have. Air tax. Isnt it time for a change?
